PHOENIX—U.S. Rep. Greg Stanton today released the third television spot of his re-election campaign, highlighting MAGA extremist Kelly Cooper’s dangerous position on abortion: a total ban with no exceptions. 

 

The spot will begin to air on broadcast today. 

 

Stanton has been a champion for women’s rights. In Congress, he led a bipartisan vote on the Women’s Health Protection Act, to ensure every woman has access to reproductive health care, which ultimately failed in the Senate.

 

His opponent, Trump endorsed Kelly Cooper, has said he would vote against a bill to reinstate Roe v. Wade and supports outlawing abortion with no exceptions for rape or incest. 

 

Stanton is running in Arizona’s new Fourth Congressional District—which includes the East Valley communities of Ahwatukee, Tempe, Chandler and Mesa—one of the most competitive congressional districts in the nation.
