LOWERING PRESCRIPTION DRUG PRICES

Since first running for Congress, Greg has refused to accept any contributions from Big Pharma—and he’s pushed for Medicare to use its negotiating power to lower prescription drug prices.

Greg delivered—and now Medicare will have the ability to negotiate for lower drug prices, saving Arizonans tens of millions of dollars.  The Inflation Reduction Act:

  • Caps out-of-pocket drug costs at $2,000 per year for Medicare patients.

  • Limits insulin copays to $35/month for Medicare patients.

  • Extends tax credits that were set to expire this year that will save Affordable Care Act enrollees an average of $1,500 in premiums.
