With $1.9 Million on Hand, Stanton Poised to Finish Re-Election Campaign Strong

Raises more than $923,000 in third quarter of the year
PHOENIX—Rep. Greg Stanton is poised to finish his campaign for re-election strong, with more than $1.9 million cash-on-hand after raising $923,912 in the third and final full quarter of the year.
“I’m proud to have the support of so many Arizonans who want their representative to reach across party lines to get things done to improve people’s lives,” Stanton said. “I’ll continue to work to create good-paying jobs, stand up to the drug companies and protect Arizona’s water supply.”
More than 3,300 individuals contributed to Stanton’s campaign during the quarter—and a stunning 86 percent of individual contributions were under $100, demonstrating critical grassroots support.
Stanton was redrawn into one of the competitive congressional districts in the nation—Arizona’s new Fourth Congressional District, which includes Ahwatukee (southeast Phoenix), Tempe, Chandler and Mesa.
